The Real World

We love to show our successes and achievements as business owners, graduates or perhaps marathons we've completed.

I believe we were successful as young mothers rearing our toddlers and young children, young adults and now adults.

They have much to do with shaping us into the women we have become. So today I dedicate my blog to my children and grand children.

As I mentioned in my story behind my passion I was a single mother for many years, the reason for my passion to be successful was to be able to give my children what I did not have.

I was a stay home mother until my youngest daughter turned three. I then opened up my first boutique where she came to work with me each day until she started school at the age of four.

After school my 12 year old son and 15 year old daughter looked after her until I got home from work, whilst my 17 year old worked too.

I feel so blessed to have the children I have and know I can always count on them when I need them. They in turn know I am always here when they need me.

​They are the reason for the season, they mean the world to me and I am forever grateful for them in my life.
