Turmeric, a Potent Anti-Inflammatory, and Antioxidant perennial herb. It is a native perennial plant to South West India and is a rhizomatous, herbaceous, related to ginger.
Most people are familiar with the yellow dried powder used in spicy foods such as curries, dye for monks’ robes and a colouring agent for some foods. Particularly used in mustards and pickles for its lovely yellowy colour. The powder we know is prepared by boiling the root, which is identical to ginger only different by its orange colour. Then dried in a hot oven, and finally ground to the powder we know. The most important compound in turmeric is Curcumin, which is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent, also containing Manganese, Zinc, B Vitamins and Iron. Because of it’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, it can be used effectively for many chronic conditions. Many studies of the effects of curcumin have proven positive results especially surrounding arthritis and cancer. Most people taking curcumin on a daily basis had significantly improved these conditions. Arthritis organisations are now recommending Turmeric, which in most cases proved positive during their trial. A 2011 publication in the Journal of Cancer Prevention Research cited a 40% reduction in ACI (Abberant Crypt Foci) which are substances that can grow and spread cancerous cells. The patients were at a dose of 4g per day, as lower doses did not have any statistical effect. When curcumin is added to food as a spice or colouring agent, the dose is not very high therefore the benefits are not as substantial as when taken as a supplement in a capsule or by the teaspoon in a drink. I make tea steeping the root in hot water for 15 minutes, or I have it in a glass of non-dairy milk, or I make an immune booster adding fresh ginger, lemon, garlic, and honey. I suggest you add some into your diet if you desire all-round good health. IMPORTANT Curcumin can interfere with blood-thinning drugs. Please check with your health care practitioner if you are on warfarin or anything like that before adding turmeric as a supplement.

My first article described your Immune System in a nutshell, and now I want to outline what foods you should eat to serve your body from a cellular level.
Your cells require diverse nutrients to function on an optimal level, including pure water, minerals, essential fatty acids, fiber, and amino acids. MICRONUTRIENTSMicronutrients signify vitamins and minerals. They are divided into macro minerals, trace minerals, and water- and fat-soluble vitamins and are essential for your body. They are one of the major groups of nutrients every cell in your body needs, along with Vitamins to produce energy for your immune function, which is the most critical function for optimal health. On the other hand, Minerals play a critical role in growth, bone health, fluid balance, and several different processes. They act as a catalyst transforming food into energy, while each mineral and trace element has specific functions. E.g., magnesium takes part in over three hundred reactions. Minerals and trace elements also help your cells store the water you consume and hydrate you optimally. If you eat various foods and a well-balanced diet, you'll get all the vitamins and minerals you need. Supplements are not necessary and high doses of supplements can cause problems. You will get your Micronutrients from fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts, meat, and fish. FATIn today's world, people try to manage their weight by cutting out fat altogether, but that is a mistake. Fats are a much-needed component in our diet to maintain good health. They are crucial for your brain health, as well as other different functions. 60% of your brain consists of fatty acids, which aids in your cognitive function. Omega 3 foods are the best for your brain health, including walnuts, flax seeds, almonds, and chia seeds. Avocado's and olive oil are amongst the best healthy fats. There are three natural types of fats: monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and saturated. I suggest you stick to the unsaturated fats, which are by far the healthiest, especially when they come from plant sources. Diets rich in refined saturated fats are known to cause numerous diseases, including heart disease. I suggest you read all the food labels when you shop and look for low- saturated fats and trans fats. Although unsaturated fats are healthier, make sure you eat moderate amounts to maintain a balanced and healthy diet. PROTEINProteins are broken down by the body and converted into amino acids, which are the building blocks for hormones, enzymes, and structural components of the body, such as muscle tissue. It is also the basis of our tendons, ligaments, collagen, hair, and skin. Dietary protein is necessary for optimum body functions, such as transporting vitamins, minerals, and oxygen throughout the body, balancing fluids, aiding in healthy hormone production and producing antibodies for a healthy immune system. You will notice that you will remain hungry when you don't have enough protein in your meal and feel the need to eat soon after. Foods high in protein have a low glycemic index, making them healthier, as they do not affect blood glucose and insulin levels. It is essential to keep your blood glucose stable to balance your energy levels throughout the day, which will promote body fat breakdown, especially during exercise. FIBREFiber is good for your digestion, a healthy gut, and to maintain a slower change to your blood sugar levels, keeping chronic disease at bay. This will help reduce the risk of diverticular disease and digestive issues and aid satiety. As I mentioned in the article on the Immune System, the body works as a whole system, and therefore if fiber is beneficial to gut health, it is also going to be helpful to other parts of the body - including the brain! Foods that are high in fiber include whole grains, legumes, vegetables, and nuts. It is best to eat an abundance of different whole foods to optimize nutritional health, and that contributes to health and disease prevention—a variety of fruit and vegetables, whole-grains, proteins, and healthy fats. However, although we may be eating healthily, due to soil depletion and early harvesting, it can often still be challenging to consume the full spectrum of micronutrients that we need through diet. Breakfast should be the main meal of the day; an engine must have fuel to run, and so must the body. Lunch (PRINCE) should also be a full, more decadent meal. If you choose to have supper (PAUPER), make sure it's a light one. All nutritional needs on a PREVENTIVE type diet can be maintained from daily servings of the foods listed below: · One citrus fruit and one serving of any other fruit – Preferably eaten in the morning. Any amount of fruit high in antioxidants and nutrients and low in fructose is an excellent choice, though any berry will be healthiest. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and mulberries are loaded with goodness and don't need to be limited unless you have diabetes. If you have type 2 diabetes, a detox will get you back on track. · A yellow vegetable. (squash or corn). · An orange vegetable. (carrot, sweet potato, or pumpkin). · A green vegetable. (cabbage, broccoli, turnip, mustard, collard greens, or kale. These are the healing chlorophyll veggies. Use spinach, chard, or beet greens sparingly because of oxalate content.) · A serving of legumes. (beans, peas, lentils, and garbanzos.) Remember mixing potatoes with legumes is terrible for the digestive system. · Two types of whole grains, such as brown rice, barley, rolled oats, millet, buckwheat, rye, quinoa, or corn. · Tubers and nuts. (Non-tropical nuts such as almonds, filberts, pecans, and walnuts are best). Nuts should be limited to a fist full. · Herbs. (parsley, coriander, basil, chamomile, garlic, turmeric or ginger). Remember, fresh food is best! Always look for food that has been grown without the use of chemical pesticides and toxic additives. Don't use aluminum cookware and never microwave your food! Our bodies have around 383 viruses right now. We build antibodies, and Our immune system takes care of it, and we move on. The Corona Virus is no different; however, it impacts many people due to weakened immune systems, lack of nutrients, high sugar diets, and fast food.
Your body is a Holy Temple, and disease never comes without a cause. The way is prepared, and disease invited by disregard of the nine natural laws of health. Disease is an effort of nature to free the system from conditions that result from a violation of the laws of health. The immune system is a very complex system that is made up of multiple subsystems. There is the innate immune system, Adaptive Immune System, The Interferon system, The Microbiome, Amazing Gut Bacteria, The Virome, Nearly 380 trillion viruses, 60 trillion bacteria, The Gut-Brain Axis which is connected to your neuron system including our brain. So it's a very complex system that works together to maintain your immune system, much more complicated than is understood by most. People believe a virus comes in, attacks the immune system then the immune system starts to attack your cells. If this were the case, many of us who grew up with microbes would not be here today, but that is quite the opposite. Many of us grew up with germs, bacteria, and viruses. I was born in Africa and played in the most obscure places and have many friends in India, Pakistan, and in other countries of Africa who survived the bacteria and viruses. Look at what actually happens. A pathogen comes in; your body recognizes it using the innate system, your mucus membranes, and a whole set of infantry tries to knock it out there and then. If it can't do it there, then over the next 72 hours, your body goes into the adaptive immune system, which starts creating antibodies. Now that's not all. There's a whole lot of other things that take place through your genetic changes and your microbiome changing etc. The bottom line is your body gets these pathogens, and your body fights back and resolves itself IF people are not running on all six cylinders. If a couple of the cylinders have been knocked out due to poor diet, high sugar intake, and lots of processed foods, the result may be candida, which causes gliotoxins that take out your T cells. Your body, in its infinite wisdom, still tries to protect itself, so it will start to use maybe two of its cylinders. The above causes your immune system to overreact. The overreaction of a dysfunctional and weakened immune system will not only try to attack the virus particle in attempting to explode its cell wall and break it up, but It will also try to find parts of that virus particle, the shedding pieces. If it finds them in other parts of your body, it will go there and attack it. Let's look at Ebola as an example. Ebola attacks your arterial and epithelial tissue. Your immune soldiers will go there as your body sends it there and will attack and try to kill it there, which will create internal bleeding. In the case of the Corona Virus, your immune soldiers will attack your epithelial cells in your lungs. It is the overreaction of your own body that is doing it, and there are various reasons. Genetic, epigenetic, or only because you have been eating garbage for most of your life and compromised your immune system. You may have cancer, diabetes, or even as your age is due to your thyroid function decreasing, and your body is unable to produce enough Vitamin A. WHAT IS VITAMIN A Vitamin A is a hormone that builds walls around your cells to protect any pathogens from coming in if you do not have enough Vitamin D. WHAT IS VITAMIN D Vitamin D is a nutrient from the sun your body uses to create a powerful chemical called Cathelicidins. They are like bullets if you will. They poke holes in the walls of bacteria or viruses, and it destroys them. Your immune system is potent but needs the right nutrients for it to function beautifully and take care of itself. If you deplete your body of these nutrients, your body becomes immune-suppressed, and you can get many types of disease. As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste. Song of Solomon 2:3 KJV
The apple tree is a deciduous tree in the rose family best known for its sweet fruit. The apple is cultivated worldwide as a fruit tree. It is known as the king of fruits. Properties The Fruit - Apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. The Bark - is a tonic and is used as a medicine for fevers. It can be consumed as a tea. Hypertension Apples provide cholesterol - lowering fibers, healthy sugars and phytonutrients that all work together to benefit your heart. Since they are low in calories, apples can also help you keep your weight down, reducing your risk of cardiovascular problems. Safe for Diabetics Apples do contain sugar, but much of the sugar found in apples is fructose. When fructose is consumed in a whole fruit, it has very little effect on blood sugar levels. Also, the fiber in apples slows down the digestion and absorption of sugar. Healing from the Bark Bark Tea - The tea is good for digestion, suppressed menstruation, nausea, vomiting, liver, spleen, kidneys, bowels, fever, toothache, etc. To use the bark, simmer two teaspoons of bark per cup of water for twenty minutes. Strain and drink. Take one-quarter of a cup four times a day. The tea may be stored in a glass jar with a tight lid, in the refrigerator, for up to a week. Diuretic Due to its large amount of potassium salts, apples have a diuretic effect, helping to cure kidney disorders. For those who have Kidney stones. Apple juice is recommended. Apple juice for kidney stones Drink 1 liter of apple juice for 3 days with water in between. On the third day, mix ½ cup of olive oil and ½ cup of fresh lemon juice. Go to sleep on your right side. The kidney stones should pass with your stool in the morning. *Disclaimer - seek professional help* Apple of my eye "Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings" Psalm 17:8 KJV The apple of the eye is the pupil or the center most part. It is the part that is most cherished and carefully protected by the eyelids. Where is the shadow of God’s wings where He will hide us? Psalm 91:1 KJV; Matthew 6:6 KJV The secret place of God is prayer! Raw foodists seem to be honing in on whole grains and vegetables used in their pure, natural, and unrefined form. Uncooked, untreated, and unadulterated. No carriers, binders or fillers.
When all additives and unnecessary preparation steps are illuminated, you will have pure, delicious foods that will enable a much easier ride through your system. In turn, this will help your healing and be nourishing every step of the way. From a fiber-full belly to a healthy heart, these are the benefits a raw diet can bring you: Amazing Digestive Health An ideal balance of fiber and water – two key elements for your digestion. Fiber from your vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, seeds, beans, and pulses are too rough for your stomach to break down, however, act as a sponge when passing through the digestive system and help with the cleansing process. Toxins and excess waste can all flushed out of your system through the fiber, which is Ideal for the health of your colon. A diet rich with plenty raw foods and lots of purified water will also keep you perfectly hydrated. It is a known fact that raw, live foods contain all of their essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. When cooked, those essential nutrients are destroyed through heat. These essential nutrients are what boost your immune system, assist your body in vitamin, mineral and protein absorption and helps the body regulate and function normally even repairing cells, bone structure, renewing skin, etc. Most people who start a raw diet report improvement in their skin which is due to the nutrients’ which have anti-aging benefits too. The difference between raw and live food? Live foods are rich in nutrients and enzymes, but raw food enzymes are dormant. To bring fresh raw foods (like nuts) to life, we soak them in water overnight or until they sprout. Raw and live foods steamed at a temperature no higher than 83 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit) qualifies as part of the raw food diet. Weight Management Eating raw helps achieve a healthy weight – without the need for counting calories or limiting portions. These foods are super sources of lipase which is a pancreatic enzyme that splits, dissolves and distributes fat evenly throughout the body, and helps burn fat for energy! Moreover: a recent study by the American Journal of Physical Anthropology proves that when fats are cooked, they yield more calories than when eaten raw. Other Benefits: These foods alkalize the body which keeps disease and infection at bay. Our bodies are made to function within a narrow pH range (7.35-7.45pH). You might think a ten point difference is small. However, it can make a huge difference. The less cooked food you consume, the less acidic toxins will accumulate in your body, which will prevent the disrupting of your alkaline/acidic balance. I suggest a diet of 80/20% raw/cooked. Heart Health Dr. Dean Ornish, heart expert, says; "raw food diets are so healthy, they can even dissolve plaque that collects on artery walls, “undoing decades of cardiovascular damage.” A 2012 Food Technology Report says; "raw diets significantly reduce or eliminate people’s genetic bias for chronic diseases. It’s no miracle – it’s pure, beautiful, natural health." Raw food is good food, and hopefully, you now have a better understanding why so many people are turning to a raw diet. Coconut milk is a staple item for most people from Islands around the world, as they say, it increases the taste of any dish. I say coconut has oodles of health benefits and the fact that it is also so yummy is a bonus.
If you wonder through your supermarket looking for a non-canned, food grade, coconut milk substitute, you may find coconut milk powder. This coconut milk is packaged as a powder and sealed in a mylar bag, which is necessary for food preservation as opposed to canning. BUT wait a minute. Have you read the ingredients? If not, here they are... Ingredients: Fresh Coconut Cream 85.20%, Glucose Syrup 11.80%, Sodium Caseinate ( MILK PROTEIN) 2.00%, Silicon Dioxide 0.50%, Dipotassium Phosphate 0.50% Many of the ingredients are not necessary for a Coconut Milk product; however, I want to focus on the MILK PROTEIN. Why would they use dairy in coconut milk? “Approximately 82% of cows milk is a protein called casein and the remaining 18% is serum or whey protein. The casein family of protein consists of several types of caseins (α-s1, α-s2 , ß, and 6) and each has its own amino acid composition, genetic variations, and functional properties.” Please see http://www.milkfacts.info/Milk%20Composition/Protein.htm Now for some information that will startle you. Lactose-free is NOT dairy free! “People with lactose intolerance can eat foods that contain casein and whey, which are milk proteins, not sugars. Because a product is labeled lactose-free, does not necessarily mean it is dairy free. People who seek dairy free products may be vegan or have an allergy to dairy (usually the proteins, casein or whey)” We were warned over 160 years ago by a Prophetess, the most prolific female author in the world to grow our foods, and now we can see why. In the local grocery store, nothing is what it seems and even not as it reads! The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has made a very clear statement "all ingredients do not have to be listed on food labels." Take a look at the FDA Food and Labeling Guide.. I suggest you start making your coconut milk. Herewith a recipe. Coconut milk: INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS: Pour all the water from the coconut into your blender Scoop out the coconut flesh and add it to your blender Add 1 cup of water Process all ingredients on the highest speed for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure you blend it thoroughly, so you get the most out of your coconut flesh. As your blender is masticating the flesh, it will get looser and will spin more freely. You want to see more liquid, less flesh! Once your blender has mainly liquid, transfer the contents to a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth. Add the half cup of filtered water to your processor and give it a quick spin just to get every last bit that was left behind. Add that to the rest of the fragrant pile of coconut. Now tightly squeeze out all the liquid of your coconut until you can’t get another drop. You now have some fresh, tasty, dairy-free, preservative-free coconut milk. Place it in an airtight glass jar or container and enjoy! Keep it refrigerated and use within five days. With the left over dry bits of coconut, you can use it in muffins, in your porridge or discard of it. Does the thought of drinking hot lemon water make you Quiver?
I did when I first learned about the benefits. I first drank it with honey until I learned it was more beneficial for my body with simply lemon and water. Hot lemon water in the morning is well worth adding to your routine. It has been a morning ritual for my husband and I for the last several years, since we substituted it with coffee. Why should you add hot lemon water to your morning routine you must be thinking and I don’t blame you? The benefits of drinking this hydrating and mineral-rich beverage are numerous and you will soon see why. 1. LEMON WATER IS ALKALIZING. In order for the human body to function at its peak, it needs to be alkaline. Many foods and beverages, such as meat, dairy, caffeinated beverages, and drinks, leave an acidic residue in the body. Too much acidity in the body can cause a host of problems i.e. inflammation, water retention, and cancer thrives in an acidic body. Acidity also speeds up the aging process and causes bad mouth and body odor. To balance the acidity levels, the body needs foods that are alkaline, such as vegetables, greens, and fruits. Hot lemon water is an alkalizing beverage that can help the body maintain its ideal PH. While we sleep our bodies have a significant role - it repairs things that went wrong the day before, cells and skin have been renewed, and many other marvelous things go on. The hot lemon water assists the body getting the PH balance stabilized. Lemons contain alkaline minerals such as potassium, calcium, and magnesium, and these minerals play a significant role in your health. 2. AIDS WITH DIGESTION. Lemons increase bile secretion from the liver, which aids in proper digestion of foods, kick starting the day with a healthy bowel movement. Having a healthy digestive tract is essential to getting the most nutrients out of your food. 3. HOT LEMON WATER IS HYDRATING. Many people don’t realise that while we sleep, our bodies lose fluids, which means that when we awake, we need to hydrate. There was a time when my morning beverage was coffee, and a great portion of the world has a morning coffee as a ritual. It is a terrible mistake because coffee dehydrates the body even more and as you may or may not know, dehydration can cause fatigue, sluggishness, and headaches. That is why starting the morning off with a cup of hot lemon water is a great way to start your day right, and make sure you get the hydration you need right away. 4. CURBS HUNGER CRAVINGS. The pulp of lemons contains pectin fiber, which helps the body control hunger cravings. If you are trying to lose weight, hot lemon water with pulp can be a wonderful, all-natural way to control your cravings. 5. BEAUTIFUL SKIN. Lemons are an excellent source of Vitamin C, which is necessary for beautiful skin. This antioxidant helps fight free radical damage and plays a role in collagen synthesis. Lemons also help cleanse the liver, which in turn makes the liver better able to process toxins. When the body is properly detoxified, the skin will take on a beautiful glow. Drinking hot lemon water can help you maintain smoother, younger looking, and more beautiful skin. Once I’ve prepared my lemon water, I take the juiceless lemon and rub it on my face, I leave it on for about 30 minutes, rinse it off, then pick a small piece of aloe vera and rub it on my clean skin. As you can see, hot lemon water is an excellent addition to your morning beauty routine. Like most good things, though, it is not an overnight beauty and health miracle or cure. It is something that must be done on a regular basis, over a period to reap the most benefits. I hope that drinking hot lemon water becomes an integral part of your morning routine that you enjoy as much as I do. It is a simple and effective tool in your journey to optimal health! 6. LIVER HEALTH. The sour flavor can be found in many foods; lemons, sprouts, green apples, oats, yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, which is a Korean spicy pickled cabbage. Remember to find the right balance of sour in your life, both too little and too much can impact liver health. The bitter flavor governs the liver and has a gathering effect, which is imperative for the support of our physical structure. The Nei Ching advise, too much of the sour flavor will cause the flesh to tighten. This leads to inflexibility in body, mind and spirit. " In the past few years, I have noticed many people are becoming health conscious and are talking about changing their lifestyle in one way or another.
They start a health and wellness regimen, and usually begin with some detox procedure like a liver cleanse. Many other bodily functions need to be considered and supported, and if the detoxification organs and pathways are not in a healthy state, it could worsen any underlying challenges as toxins could be reabsorbed into the system. It is imperative to get to know and understand your organ systems a little bit better, to avoid such a disaster. The largest internal organ is the liver and performs numerous critical functions to keep the body pure of toxins and harmful substances. The liver plays a significant role in the metabolism with multiple roles in the human body, including:- • Bile production - which helps break down fats and absorption of nutrients in the small intestine • Produces cholesterol and proteins - delivering fats through the entire body • Stores glycogen and releases glucose as needed • Stores blood and iron • Breaks down insulin, estrogen, and other hormones • Converts ammonia to urea (urea is one of the end products of protein metabolism that is excreted in the urine) • Clears the blood of harmful and toxic substances i.e. drugs, alcohol, etc. • Assists immune health and removes microbes from the bloodstream Once the liver has broken down harmful substances, these substances are the excreted into the bile or the blood. Bile by-products enter the intestine and leave the body through the feces, and blood by-products are filtered by the kidneys and leave the body via the urine. Here’s where some of the “detox” trouble arises. If the digestive system is sluggish, toxins can be reabsorbed into the body and the blood via the intestines. If the kidney/bladder system is weak, it can be overloaded with toxic residue, which can lead to bladder and kidney infections. This will leave you with many symptoms, including feeling lethargic, sluggish, and even keep you from your normal daily activities. I hope you have a clear picture that before starting a liver detox procedure, it's best to ensure your intestines and kidney/bladder system is in excellent health. Eating fiber rich foods will assist your digestive system and promote optimal function, along with proper chewing. Have you ever heard the statement "Digestion begins in the mouth, not in the stomach"? (See my blog CHEWING FOR BETTER HEALTH!) Bitter herbs will also stimulate the production and release of bile, which will better serve your digestion. (See my blog on HOW WELL IS YOUR BODY PREPARED FOR OUR TOXIC FUTURE?) Once your digestive system is functioning better, it is time to ensure your kidneys are in good shape too, by doing a kidney cleanse. My preference is with plant medicines in the form of tinctures, which are efficiantly assimilated. Besides adding these highly efficient plant medicines into your diet, it is preferable that you eat a well balanced diet, free of sugary foods, highly processed foods, excessive amounts of poor quality proteins, coffee and soda, whilst adding exercise, which will greatly enhance your program. Once you have completed the kidney cleanse and your digestive system is functioning better, you will be ready do a simple “liver cleanse.” One of the BEST ways to support the health of the liver has traditionally been through fasting. Many cultures around the world have fasted at specific times of the year to help support proper functioning of the liver, which is also known as the creative channel in the body and mind. The Natural Pro-Active Solution for the Post-Antibiotic Era “I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do now.” “From a small scratch while playing outside my eight-year-old daughter now has a severe infection.” “My 12-year-old son caught a cold that turned into a chest infection and now blown out to pneumonia.” “My 10-year-old son went in to have his tonsils extracted and three days later ended up with an infection.” In all these simple examples the doctors said, “I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do now.” Death from these every day, simple maladies will once again become commonplace. World health authorities have announced the fast approaching world scenario of life without any effective antibiotics. Several recent international studies have revealed the rapid global development of antibiotic resistant bacteria. The frightening scenario of the demise of antibiotics is developing in this time that has seen the onset of an unprecedented number of killer diseases or superbugs. HIV, Ebola, Bird Flu, Mad cow’s disease, Legionnaire’s disease, Lyme’s disease and the ever present Tuberculosis. Health experts predict that the arrival of another superbug is only a matter of time. The World Health Organization is now scrambling to develop protocols for antibiotic use to slow down the inevitable onset of the post-antibiotic era. This book is a manual for surviving in this new era. Immune Booster is full of proven health cures and ways of maximizing the potency of yours and your family’s immune systems. I am an experienced Medical Missionary and Health Coach. My work in the Philippines, Vanuatu, East Timor and Australia has involved curing many people in remote areas with proven age-old natural healing technologies – without antibiotics. Many people still want to turn to modern medicine for the quick fix of a pill that they later find out has coursed some other symptoms and their doctor prescribed yet another pill for that symptom. When are you going to learn? Many are dying of ignorance, and that is my biggest frustration. INTRODUCTION James Gallagher, Health editor, BBC News website On the 19th November 2015 Analysis: Antibiotic Apocalypse “A simple cut to your finger could leave you fighting for your life. Luck will play a bigger role in your future than any doctor could. The most basic operations - getting an appendix removed or a hip replacement -could become deadly. Cancer treatments and organ transplants could kill you. Childbirth could once again become a dangerous moment in a woman's life. It's a future without antibiotics. Perhaps this reads like the plot of a science fiction novel - but there is a genuine fear that the world is heading into a post-antibiotic era. The World Health Organization has warned, "many common infections will no longer have a cure and, once again, could kill unabated." The US Centers for Disease Control has pointed to the emergence of "nightmare bacteria". And the chief medical officer for England Prof Dame Sally Davies has evoked parallels with the "apocalypse". Antibiotics kill bacteria, but the bugs are incredibly wily foes. Once you start treating them with a new drug, they find ways of surviving. New drugs are needed, which they then find ways to survive. Now this is where IMMUNE BOOSTER comes in. It is the Natural Pro-Active Solution for the Post-Antibiotic Era. It includes proven cures for diverse diseases including cancer, diabetes, limes’ disease and more, and ways of boosting your immune system through optimum nutrition, exercise, herbs, and remedies. CHAPTER ONE THE WORLD HEALTH CRISIS The world is facing a tsunami, and we are all about to get wet, this massive health crisis the world is facing is terrifying in its scale. The combination of the rising of the super viruses in the last 20 years and the prospect of others developing in a mixture of the resistance to antibiotics is a time bomb waiting to go off. Prof Timothy Walsh Prof Timothy Walsh, from Cardiff University, tells us, He was one of the team members that identified one of the new emerging threats in South Asia - NDM-1. New Delhi Metallo-beta-lactamase-1, which is thought to have emerged in India. There are many countries in the world with poor sanitation and high antibiotic use, which seem to be popular tourist destinations. These include India, the Philippines, Nepal, Africa, South America and Asia. Due to international travel to these countries, cases have been detected around the world, which has helped resistance spread. Countries that we thought were safe, or exempt from these issues such as the UK, Switzerland and Germany are now finding many threats. In some countries, like Australia for example antibiotics are only available by prescription, yet in other countries, these drugs are available over the counter. It is a huge problem with attempting to prevent an antibiotic catastrophe - how much can one country do? The mere fact that antibiotics are poisons that kill bacteria, which is a small organism makes it certain that in large doses, they can kill large organisms. (YOU!) James Gallagher goes on to say, “The world is on the cusp of a "post-antibiotic era," scientists have warned after finding bacteria resistant to drugs used when all other treatments have failed.” |
