Don't think for one second that you are all alone. Everyone has fears at some stage of their lives. Even some of the most successful people have fears.
I have spent a great deal of time with some very successful people at different stages of my life, and found that no matter how successful these people were, they too had many insecurities and fears. The music industry was one of the toughest industries to be in and understand, and then I got into the next most difficult industry, fashion. As a professional singer/entertainer and then fashion designer, I learned a whole lot about myself. Working with these "successful" people with their insecurities and fears, made me lose touch with who I was. I then began to feel equally or perhaps more insecure and full of fear. It was only until I landed in hospital in 2007 and spent almost a year in and out of hospital that I was able to spend time thinking about my life. It was then the most important questions came up for me: "where did I come from"? "what am I doing here"? "where am I going"? Our emotions and our beliefs are often based on assumptions - many of which are not true. Travelling in a busy life on autopilot these assumptions become embedded so deeply, we need another perspective to help us see them clearly in order to let them go. These damaging assumptions are so ingrained that we may even have difficulty catching site of them by ourselves. It is time for you to stop self-sabotaging and unleash your potential! What is that potential? The potential for the happy and productive life you know is waiting for you to walk into.
