SENSATIONAL SUNDAY - 9am - 1pm
Do you enjoy vegan food? If yes, come and learn how to prepare a good vegan meal. You will also learn what is the best way to eat to keep you in perfect health or how to reverse any disease you may be struggling with!

PHYSIOLOGY FUNDAY 9am - 1pm
Bring your children every Wednesday to learn how fearfully and wonderfully their bodies were made!!
Classes will begin at 9am (in class) - the children will spend time in the garden and lunch will be served at 12.00pm...

TROUBLED TEENS

Most teens are unhappy with themselves and don't know where to begin to find the help they are seeking for weight loss, depression, understanding where to from school etc. We at Le Sanctuaire have found a way to give these young people a break from the city and get their feet on the ground.
We offer a campout for four girls or four boys. The weekend is spent on our five acre property where we cook with them and show them what is healthy and how to prepare simple meals. They write their personal mission statements and make a short term goal plan. We encourage them without putting any pressure on them and hope by the end of the weekend they are more in touch with their reality.
We are qualified teachers, certified health coaches, with children's check and police cleared.
